Mechanize Partners specializes in venture-funded product companies. Having worked for, managed, and owned companies ourselves, we have seen all sides of the equation. We have struggled through, and therefore intimately understand, the hard times companies face. And we have always found ways to succeed…after a failed IPO during the dot com bust to weathering the storm brought by the credit crisis. We have seen exits through asset sales, mergers financed by private equity, and acquisitions by Fortune 100 companies.
